The Indian School of Business (ISB) located in Hyderabad, India, is an international business school providing postgraduate programmes in Management (Master of Business Administration - MBA), post doctoral programmes, as well as executive education programmes for business executives.
It was founded on December 2, 1999 by a group of Fortune 500 entrepreneurs in collaboration with Andhra PRadesh's state government. Rajat Guptha, former Managing Director of McKinsey & Company worldwide and Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh played a key role in establishing the institution.
