District Magistrate, Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA) PADERU Vizag Dist 531024 Sub: Our request for permission to organize a “Cycling expedition at Araku from 12th to 15th Nov”- Postponement due to varied reasons including the present public disturbance on the Bauxite mining issue at Araku-Reg. Ref: Our request for permission submitted at your office. Respected Sir, We extend our grateful thanks for your kind consideration of our request facilitating us to plan and organize the “Cycling expedition program at Araku” from Nov. 12th to 15th. We are happy to mention that there have been quite a few enthusiasts desired to participate in the event. However, in view of the present prevailing conditions like calls for bandhs etc in and around Araku on the supposed Bauxite mines excavation, the Committee responsible to organize the event has examine the issue and decided to postpone the event to the end of Dec.’15 in enabling us to organize the event in an amicable situation.
